Quantities of more than 100 are rewarded 10% off. Thank you Pictures can have your names with date of wedding or word of thanks scripted on each. Samples are available for viewing.
Destination Wedding Packages - $1500 includes (Engagement photo shoot, Rehearsal and unlimited time on wedding day, includes DVD + you pay the Travel costs. Take Karen to the international city of your choice! NYC, San Francisco, London, Paris, Prague, Cuba, Mexico, Dominican, Amsterdam, Montreal … you name the city and Karen will go there! You pay traveling costs. Example: If you hire Karen for your wedding and the flight only goes once a week, you pay for Karen's Stay and she will take engagement pictures, rehearsal, Unlimited time on your Wedding day and at the reception. $1500 for unlimited time plus Karen's travel costs (you make all the arrangements). Karen Loves to travel, so it's a way to utilize her craft all over the world and travel at the same time.
Half price or Add on to package Engagement Photo session ($100): Must be taken at least (4) weeks prior to the wedding. The photo session will take approx. 30 to 45 minutes. Receive CD or DVD of Photo Shoot on the spot, unless unforeseen circumstances happen suitable arrangements will be made to have the CD to you in a short period of time.
Additional hours may be requested on the actual wedding day for $295 per hour. Or $150 per half hour. Each additional hour usually increases the number of images to 50-100. (It is cheaper to order prior to the wedding.) If you choose to upgrade your package prior to the wedding you can do so at anytime up until 1 day prior to the wedding

originally booked or my most current service or package. If enhancements are accompanied by a price increase, you can choose to stay with the package you booked, or you can choose the most current service or package simply by paying the difference, if there is one.

Travel Costs: Destination Weddings as well as we will travel anywhere in Ontario. Travel requiring extremely long distances will be charged at cost for hotel, gas and/or airfare providing copy of receipts to the client $250 is paid up front as a deposit to reserve photographers time and date for out of town weddings (more then an hour and a half away), plus the initial deposit. The remainder is due on or before the day of the wedding. Email photographer to see if you are within travel distance.
Referral Bonus: If you are a former client and refer individuals for Portraits or Weddings you will receive a referral Bonus. (Call to refer client and details available at that time.)
Conditions Weddings: 1/2 of package or $500 Deposit required at time of booking and remainder of cost due on the Wedding day at the time Photographer arrives prior to the photo shoot. (Deposit is non-refundable).
Ordering of Wedding photographs that come with your package MUST be ordered within 60 days after receiving DVD or contact is void after this time. Please choose the photographs and email a list of the file numbers to info@karensphotography.ca
Album pick up: You are responsible for making suitable arrangements for picking u the album and enlargements from the photographer. If you would like them mailed or couriered you are responsible for the cost. You will be charged $25 fee for shipping. Please contact Photographer to arrange the details.
